Happy Heart Day everyone.



These last two days were instense...I'm learning a lot about my emotional power...this has been all about setting boundries and staying in my joy even when other people's energy is all over the place. It's about me staying centered and connected to myself. Jason has helped me with this since he's so intuitive and can accurately tune into me, sometimes before I'm tuning into myself. He's a great mirror for me, and I can now see how much more powerful I can be if I get very clear.
